Life has brought me unbelievable experiences that leave me with feelings of gratitude and happiness. Growing up in Marin County, a cornucopia of talent, loving kindness, and amazing learning opportunities has been a blessing. But what makes it more special is to have those who shared experiences with me by my side, reminding me never to forget the bittersweet passing of time. There have been great struggles in life and also great accomplishments, but the things I cherish most are those most consistent; family and close friends checking in with me, climbing the education system and achieving my academic goals, starting my day with the same hobby I enjoyed 5 years ago, and reminiscing on memories that continue to bring me never-ending happiness. These are things that, when I look down (or up) upon my grave, I will say, “I lived and I loved living.”
